Every year, The Tribal Trust Foundation hold a women's polo competition in order to raise funds for the preservation of the artistic and handicraft skills of indigenous peoples. The Royal Bali Polo Club team, sponsored by Idlewild Stables enter a team each year.

A special fundraising party in conjunction with The Tribal Trust Foundation, was held at the Idlewild cottage at Stadium Jumping where friends and supporters came together and raised US$10,000 for the women and children of South East Asia. 

The event included the sale of Idlewild gift bags containing East Timorese organic coffee and hand-made pottery from Manatutu.
