John Grimes welcomes you to the Idlewild Furnishing website.

His mission is to bring the exotic world of beautiful teak to America. Idlewild has sourced spectacular old teak, reclaimed from antique buildings which were themselves built from four or five hundred year old trees. This teak is anywhere from five hundred to seven hundred years old!

His creations  range from contemporary designs to reproductions of  classical colonial furniture.

Our other quality products include interior and exterior accessories, decorator items, gazebos, cottages and clubhouses.
